Taylor has been an outstanding manager, she's quick to respond to messages or phone calls, prompt service throughout the vacation.

This is our third year in the property and improvements have been made each year. Taylor makes it easy because she responds to any questions you may have. The street is quiet, the access to the Bozeman Pond area and dog park( about 200 yards from the front door) is a real plus, it is also walking distance to the Bozeman Mall and 5- 10 minute drive depending on traffic to Main street and a like distance to the University(MSU). It's nice having a large green space (part of elementary school grounds) in the back yard and the view of the Bridger Mts. is relaxing. Internet access is very good.

The location is perfect! I lived in Bozeman a while ago, and I always try to stay near downtown. This property was perfect. Plenty of space, right off of Main Street (and near my favorite Starkeys), parking and 2 bathrooms. We stayed with our family of 4 (kids 5 and 3), and definitely could have fit more. We will definitely look to stay here next year during our annual trip. -VRBO Review

We absolutely LOVED our stay, everything was spotlessly clean, the check in was so easy (passcode door, no need to meet and talk to someone after a long travel day), the house had everything we needed (we cooked multiple meals and did a couple loads of laundry), a very comfortable bed, a great HUGE fenced yard for our dogs on a corner lot with lots of privacy, and a very easy check out process. Everything was in great working order and the property manager asks at the end of your stay if there is anything that needed attention, which is awesome! The manager was very helpful, friendly, and available by text. The location is so perfect, its a very easy and quick drive to all ends of Bozeman, there are two big parks on either side, one of them has a huge dog park and trails around a pond (that has a beach for swimming) and in the winter its the hot sledding spot for kids. We are from Bozeman and were home visiting for the week, and this was/is the perfect location, and a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again, our only complaint was that it wasnt for sale :). Thank you so much, hopefully we will be back soon! -VRBO Review

Property was everything it listed, great location, great fenced in yard, especially nice when having a two year old to entertain. Manager was very attentive & responded to needs timely. Our family of 5 (three grown children) stayed in this home for one week in August. The kitchen was wonderful, the beds were comfortable and all the appointments in the home were very nice. It's a new neighborhood, so there was some construction going on, but we didn't hear any of it. There is no A/C and we were a little hot the first night, but were fine for the rest of the stay. Property management was friendly and responsive. The pantry had some essentials (non-perishable items left from previous guests) and was fully stocked with seasonings/spices. If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay after a busy day, I would highly recommend this home. -VRBO Review

We had tons of family in town for Grandmas 90th birthday celebration and this home was a perfect base for some of them. Home is very charming and outdoor deck was much used. Decor is great everyone loved the Bobcat bathroom. Main floor master proved essential when one of the guests showed up with a broken foot and couldnt do stairs. Location is very good to access to downtown and all the outdoor activities that Bozeman has to offer. We would definitely rent this again. -VRBO Review

The house is well appointed with everything from amazing, fluffy towels and quality bedding to gas grill and WiFi. We enjoyed our stay and it was a welcoming place to come home to everyday. Close to old Bozeman, restaurants, an hour from Big Sky and the cool little town of Ennis. -VRBO Review

We stayed here for the proximity to downtown Bozeman. The renovations done to this home are great! It was a 2 minute walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. -VRBO Review
