How do I book a property?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or you can call our office at 406-548-5241 and we will be glad to help you.

Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

What if something gets broken while I am staying in the property?
The CSA Damage Waiver covers up to $1500 for accidental damage with no questions asked. 

What does travel insurance cover?
Travel insurance not only covers the cost of the vacation rental during your trip but can also cover the cost of your airline tickets, and covers the days you are traveling. Whether driving or flying, travel insurance covers you the minute you leave your home to the time you return.   

Where do I pick up the keys?

All Dream MT Properties use keyless entries or have a lock box on site, therefore no need to pick up keys. The 4 digit code will be emailed to you in FINAL INSTRUCTIONS five days prior to your arrival date.

Do you know of any good restaurants?
You bet! Just look under 'Restaurants and Bars' under 'Plan Your Trip' on this website or give us a call. We would be happy to recommend great places to eat or any other services you are looking for in the area. The resturant scene is cinstanly changing. We have provided a little guide book in each home.

Can I bring my pet with me?
Bozeman is a super dog-friendly town therefore, we offer several homes that are pet friendly. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the "vacation rentals" tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows pets. Or you can call our office at 406-548-5241 and we would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your pet.

Traveling with young kids? 
We understand traveling with young kids can be stressful. If you need a pack n play or high chair, let us know ahead of time. These items are easily provided. Some properties have a fireplace or stairs that may not be ideal for kiddos. 

Can I check in early or depart late?
We do our best to accommodate flight schedules. If you need an early check in or late arrival, please reach out at least a day in advance. We can not guarantee any changes. 

Can I have mail sent to the home?
No. We generally do not have mail services set up on the properties. Some mail boxes are accessed with a key, we do not have the key. We are not resposible for forwarding any mail or checking the mailbox. 

Is air conditioning common?
Air-conditioned homes are uncommon in Bozeman, since the region experiences short and relatively temperate summers. If this is important to you, please reach out. 

How common are hot tubs?
Hot tubs are not something we offer. It is virtually impossible to maintain a hot tub in a vacation home with the health department. We do have serveral amazing hot springs around Bozeman.
